Return and Refund Policy

Unopened and unused items may be returned within 7 days of delivery. Items must be in their original packaging and in the same condition in which they were received.

Customers are responsible for return-shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable.

Please report damaged, defective, or incorrect items within 5 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly. We may request photographs of the item and its packaging. Depending on the circumstances, we will offer a replacement, repair, store credit, or refund as required by applicable law.

Opened, used, altered, or damaged items are not eligible for ordinary returns unless they were defective when received. Clearance items and gift cards are final sale unless applicable law requires otherwise.
